1. Ordering & Payment

Each piece is released in small quantities or as a one-off.

Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3–5 working days.

- Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–5 working days

European Union
- Standard shipping: €12.95
- Free shipping on orders over €130
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 working days

Slight delays may occur. Shipping times vary depending on location.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

For orders outside the European Union, please contact us before placing an order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.

Returns are accepted within 14 days in accordance with EU regulations.

Due to the nature of handmade and one-off pieces, items must be returned unused and in original condition.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Exchanges are not available.

Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.

Please avoid contact with alcohol, perfume, or excessive moisture.

Materials may change slightly over time.

Please gently clean metal parts with a silver polishing textile.

Colours may appear differently depending on light and screen settings.

We only collect the necessary information to process your order. Your data will never be sold or shared unnecessarily.
